Note : Some of these date back to 2019 — the frameworks still hold up, but the market data and competitive landscape won't. And these days AI tools will get you to a stronger first draft than any of this.

Design App for Drivers of NinjaCart App

Date : 2020
Problem Statement

  1. Design an app for drivers in LML (Last mile logisitics) with problem statements and specs

  2. The app should help drivers with all the required information and also share real time data for central monitoring.

  3. Submission can be high level wireframes with brief problem statements/PRD​

Non-Negotiables

  1. Driver has to follow the route plan, to adhere delivery time

  2. Driver has to use the app as required

  3. No crates can go missing. Driver has to collect the crates that he has dropped at a facility. If crates are lost, penalty will be levied on the driver

  4. Correct amount should be collected in cash from the customer by the driver

  5. Items returned by the customer should reach the depot without any loss
