I started as an engineer, moved into product, and have spent the last decade shipping in places where the stakes are real — tax compliance at Walmart, document integrations at Adobe used by millions, and now Jira Service Management at Atlassian. I care about clear strategy, honest stakeholder relationships, and staying genuinely customer-obsessed rather than just saying it. Outside work I mentor, I write, and I ask a lot of questions.

Engineering taught me how things get built. Product taught me why it matters which things get built. Across Atlassian, Walmart and Adobe I've led work spanning legacy migrations, regulatory compliance and integrations at scale — usually where the problem is messy and the answer isn't obvious yet.
